Wizz Air launches 10 new Poland-Egypt routes

Wizz Air will launch 10 new routes to Egypt from five Polish cities, with departures starting in the last week of October. The Hungarian low-cost carrier plans year-round service connecting Warsaw Modlin, Katowice, Gdańsk, Kraków and Wrocław with Hurghada, Marsa Alam and Sharm el-Sheikh on Egypt’s Red Sea. The maiden flight from Modlin to Hurghada is set for Sunday, Oct. 25. Flights from Wrocław to Hurghada also begin Sunday, while Gdańsk will add Marsa Alam from Monday and Sharm el-Sheikh from Tuesday. Kraków starts Marsa Alam on Tuesday. Frequencies vary, with Modlin offering three weekly trips to all three destinations.
