Wizz Air launches direct flights between Baku and Bratislava

Wizz Air will launch a new direct route connecting Baku and Bratislava from September 29, 2026, as Heydar Aliyev International Airport continues to expand its international network. According to the airport, flights will run on the Bratislava–Baku–Bratislava route twice a week, specifically Tuesdays and Saturdays. The airline said the service will improve connectivity between Azerbaijan and Slovakia and open additional opportunities for leisure and business travel. It is also positioned as a way to give passengers more affordable and convenient access to a Central European destination. Tickets are available now on Wizz Air’s official website and through other sales channels.
