Amber Alert activated for 4 year old boy reportedly taken by mother from West Kelowna - The Free Press

An Amber Alert was activated for 4-year-old Ryan Atlas Andrews, reported missing from West Kelowna on July 21, according to RCMP. The police said they are investigating a parental abduction and issued the alert shortly after midnight on July 22. Ryan Atlas Andrews is described as four years old, with brown hair and hazel eyes, and is described as 3 feet tall and 51 pounds. Authorities are also searching for Alisse Andrews, described as 40 years old, with brown hair and brown eyes, and about 5 feet 4 inches tall and approximately 121 pounds. RCMP believe the two may be travelling in a black 2021 Nissan Qashqai with B.C. license plate RV003L, reportedly associated with Alisse Andrews. Anyone with information is asked to call 911, and RCMP said further updates will be provided as new details emerge.
