Arrow launches Krause-led marine insurance practice | Program Manager
Arrow Risk Management has launched a new marine insurance practice in London and appointed Wayne Krause to lead it. The specialty MGA, Arrow said on Tuesday, will concentrate primarily on marine cargo and logistics-related risks, while also offering cover for stock throughput, project cargo, and delay in start-up. It will additionally provide coverage for logistics operators’ and freight forwarders’ liability. Arrow stated the unit will underwrite business globally through its MGA platform, Arrow Hub, leveraging London market expertise and international trading relationships. The practice targets small and medium-sized enterprises, mid-market firms, and larger corporate clients managing complex supply chains across multiple territories. Krause brings more than 30 years of underwriting and broking experience, including senior roles at Hollard Marine, Marsh, Tokio Marine Kiln, Zurich Financial Services, and Aviva Global Corporate & Specialty. The launch follows other Arrow expansions earlier this year, including a property facultative reinsurance practice launched in March.
