Bachiashvili's Miami mansion sells for record $51.5M - U.S. media

Giorgi Bachiashvili sold a newly built Miami villa on Hibiscus Island for a reported record $51.5 million, according to the New York Post. The paper says the property at 270 South Hibiscus Drive was listed for sale in mid-August at $55 million. Eleven days later, an unidentified buyer purchased it for $51.5 million. The deal sets a record for Hibiscus and Palm islands, topping a 2024 transaction in which Daniel Liburdi paid $40.25 million for a nearby property. The 9,100-square-foot estate includes a nightclub, pool, fitness center, staff quarters, and two private docks for yachts up to 105 feet.
