BOOX Palma 3 Brings Stylus Support and Sleek New Design to Its Android 16 E-Reader

BOOX has launched the BOOX Palma 3, a compact Android 16 e-reader that adds active stylus support and a redesigned body. The device keeps the Palma smartphone-like form factor with a new anodized aluminum frame and a fiberglass backplate with a paper-like texture. It features a 6.13-inch E Ink display at 300ppi, the same resolution as the Palma 2, and measures 159 x 78 x 7.8 mm while weighing about 195 g. BOOX says the Palma 3 will ship with Android 16, supports third-party Android apps, and includes fingerprint authentication via a power-button reader plus volume and page-turn controls. It uses an octa-core Qualcomm chipset with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, plus microSD expansion.
