Crews search for missing kayaker who reportedly fell in Ohio River

Crews responded to reports of a missing kayaker in Ohio on Thursday after two kayakers fell into the Ohio River near U.S. 52 in Clermont County. New Richmond Fire Department rescued one person from the water, who was unharmed, while the other kayaker remained missing as night fell around 10:45 p.m., according to fire officials and WCPO. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is leading the investigation and coordinating further searches two miles upriver from New Richmond.
