Epstein survivors sue estate over CSAM collection, cite Palm Beach investigation failures

Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to hold his estate accountable for how images of them as children were handled, revisiting what investigators found—or missed—in Palm Beach. Filed Sept. 15 in New York, the complaint by two anonymous women asks to represent more than 40 people depicted in the material. It alleges Epstein’s abuse through images spanning decades, including activity tied to his Palm Beach residence. The filing claims computers were missing when Palm Beach officers searched his home after his mid-2000s arrest, with investigators later abandoning efforts to access them after a non-prosecution agreement. It also alleges a $500 payment to a 16-year-old for nude photos.
