Ferretti Cuts 2026 Guidance Again Amid Yacht Market Slowdown
xCruzo Brief
Italian yacht builder Ferretti cut its 2026 guidance for a second consecutive quarter, citing slower customer decision-making amid geopolitical uncertainty. In an earnings statement released Oct. 27, CEO Stassi Anastassov said profitability remains below the level the Ferretti Group “can and should deliver” and announced targeted actions aimed at improving performance in the Americas, the Middle East and the company’s Super Yacht segment. Ferretti now expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of €174-185 million (about $195-207 million), down from €186-197 million previously. For the first nine months of 2026, adjusted core profit fell 7.8% to €130.6 million, and order intake dropped 13.8%, with sharp declines in both the Middle East and the Americas.
