Firm to deliver 30,000 SF of flexible turnkey space

Doors & Spaces Industrial has started construction on a 30,000-square-foot flexible, turnkey small-bay project in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, aiming to ease a shortage of modern commercial space in South Jersey. The ground-up development at 108 E. Parkway Drive is designed as an operational hub for Atlantic County’s small businesses, offering move-in-ready bays that each include a private office, restroom and warehouse area. A dedicated tenant business center will be available for client meetings and collaboration. The site is positioned along the county’s main commercial corridor, with quick access to the Atlantic City Expressway, Route 322 (Black Horse Pike) and the Garden State Parkway, and it sits about 10 miles from Atlantic City International Airport. First Bank provides financing. GWG is general contractor and Whitney Development manages the project, with occupancy expected in spring 2027.
