Halle Berry's restraining order extended as custody dispute with Olivier Martinez continues
Halle Berry’s domestic violence restraining order against ex-husband Olivier Martinez has been extended through the weekend as their custody dispute involving their 13-year-old son, Maceo, continues in Los Angeles. The temporary order was renewed during Friday’s proceedings at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, where hearings are set to resume next week. Martinez continued confidential testimony behind closed doors, reiterating allegations that Berry abused him, despite a sworn declaration he signed in 2024 stating there was no history of domestic violence. Berry’s fiancé, musician Van Hunt, testified Friday in a closed courtroom after the lunch recess. The hearing ended around 4:30 p.m., with the parties leaving together in sequence. Berry’s daughter, Nahla Aubry, is expected to testify remotely on Monday. Her declaration says she has never seen Berry abuse Maceo.
