Mark Zuckerberg's $300M Superyacht Under Fire After It 'Refused' to Help Stranded Boat in Alaska

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is facing scrutiny after reports said his $300 million, 387-foot superyacht, Launchpad, did not rush to help a smaller boat stranded in Alaska. The 21-foot skiff ran out of fuel while traveling between Petersburg and Juneau on Monday night, the Alaska Beacon reported. Although Launchpad was reportedly closer and received requests to assist, it reportedly did not respond. Instead, help came from the cruise ship Wilderness Legacy, operated by UnCruise Adventures, which towed the skiff back to safety in Farragut Bay. The Coast Guard later said the vessel was not in distress.
