MoleculeMind's New MMDesign Technical Report Demonstrates 94.7% Campaign Success Rate Across Diverse Molecular Targets and Modalities

MoleculeMind says its MMDesign platform achieved a 94.7% campaign success rate across 19 AI-driven de novo molecular design efforts targeting 18 biological targets and two modalities: nanobodies and macrocyclic peptides. The company’s Nov. 3, 2026 technical report describes experimental validation results, with 18 campaigns producing experimentally confirmed binding molecules. Across those tests, each campaign evaluated between 9 and 50 candidates. The report highlights strong performance on hard GPCR targets, generating binders against all six GPCRs assessed—NK3R, GPR68, CCR7, EP2, A2AR and CCR8—with hit rates ranging from 12.1% to 100% under BLI assay conditions. Overall, MMDesign reported 139 confirmed binders from 453 tested candidates.
