The Comedy League, Banijay’s sport-entertainment format, has been recommissioned for a second season on Norway’s TV2. The show features host Helene Olafsen from Dancing with the Stars Norway and comedians Truls Svendsen and Morten Ramm, competing in a series of athletic challenges that blend humor with competition. It had a strong launch, becoming TV2’s second-most watched program during the spring and competing with hits like The Box and Banijay’s Bloody Game. Banijay acquisitions chief Helen Greatorex said the format flips sport on its head, delivering high-energy, family-friendly moments that fuse humor and competition.
