Next week's waiver wire: Troy Franklin and more players to add -- before the Week 6 rush

The fantasy waiver landscape for Week 6 is being reshaped by a crowded injury report and some notable roles gaining or losing value. Jameis Winston is highlighted after posting a 250-3-2 passing line for a weekly QB8 finish, with supporting metrics including 0.15 EPA per dropback and 96 passer rating. His outlook improves as average depth of target rises to 11.5 versus the Arizona Cardinals, after 7.5 in Weeks 2 and 3. The New York Giants face the Washington Commanders, who are coming off travel and could miss starting safeties Nick Cross and Jeremy Reaves. Tee Higgins, Ja’Marr Chase, and others are also mentioned as questions.
