Russell Brand Accuser Says She Reported Him To Channel 4 In 2009

A woman identified as “Complainant 6” told London’s Southwark Crown Court she complained to Channel 4 in 2009 about Russell Brand’s alleged conduct, after he allegedly put his head in her lap and demanded a massage. The witness said she reported the incident to her line manager and was told it was escalated. Brand is facing three charges of rape, three counts of sexual assault and one of indecent assault tied to allegations from six women. He denies all charges and pleaded not guilty. The court heard Brand declined to answer questions by police, relying instead on a prepared statement claiming he did not recall meeting the women and that any contact was consensual.
