US-Made Electric Flying Boats Worth $100M Bring Clean Mobility to the Maldives

Navier plans to deploy up to 100 electric hydrofoil flying boats in the Maldives, creating a zero-emission interisland network. The $100 million Navier Network is a joint venture with Dubai-based JIH Global Investment, via its HARIM development affiliate. The plan centers on Navier’s N30 hydrofoil, with five ships for this year and 95 more in the next three years. Deployments will begin with five N30 boats this year and gradually scale to 100, forming a software-driven, emission-free transport network that will connect resorts, airports, and islands. HARIM will manage Maldives operations while Navier supplies the boats.
