Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is facing renewed questions after a report said his $300 million superyacht failed to help passengers stranded at sea in Alaska. The incident involved Launchpad, a 387-foot vessel, and a 21-foot skiff that ran out of fuel while traveling between Petersburg and Juneau on Monday night, according to Alaska Beacon. Requests for assistance were reportedly sent, with Launchpad allegedly closer, but it did not act. The rescue instead came from Wilderness Legacy, a small cruise ship operated by UnCruise Adventures, which towed the skiff back to safety in Farragut Bay. The Coast Guard said officials reviewed the case and determined the vessel was not in distress.
