Audi presents the Nuvolari as its most powerful production car, pairing a 4.0-liter V8 with three axial flux electric motors. The gasoline engine peaks at 788 hp, while each electric motor is rated up to 147 hp, yielding a combined system output advertised at 987 hp. Two front motors drive the wheels, delivering about 2,150 Nm of torque; a third motor sits between the engine and the eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox. A 7.3 kWh gross lithium-ion battery enables plug-in capability and regenerative charging, and the car reaches a top speed of 217 mph. Pricing sits around $700,000 (€600,000), with 499 units planned.
