Baltimore police are investigating a crash in which an 11-year-old boy was struck while attempting to cross the road. The incident occurred at around 8:40 a.m. in the 2300 block of Harford Road, according to a statement from the Baltimore Police Department (BPD). The child was taken to a local hospital and was listed in critical but stable condition. Investigators said the driver remained at the scene, and the BPD’s Accident Investigation Unit is handling the case.
