Carson Hocevar signed off on eyebrow-raising NASCAR look, and it's already paying off

Carson Hocevar’s decision to approve an eye-catching pink, white and red wrap for his Modo Casino-branded Spire No. 77 has quickly drawn attention at New Hampshire. The car features a lipstick kiss graphic on the hood and hearts around the rear fenders and bumper, backed by a blue-hued tuxedo firesuit. Hocevar said feedback has been “amazing” from an audience NASCAR wants to grow—especially women and young women—and he’s already received texts from fans who assumed he wouldn’t like the design. iRacing executive vice president Steve Myers told Hocevar it may be the first time his daughters come to a race by choice.
