Carvana Now Offers (Some) Test Drives, and There's No Salesman to Twist Your Arm

Carvana is expanding its test-drive experience at a Texas store as part of a wider push to blend online efficiency with brick-and-mortar familiarity. The company recently rolled out in-person test drives for new cars at its Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram store in Texas, one of two Stellantis dealerships it purchased in 2025 (the other is in Arizona). The Test Drive Center features a four-sided screen to browse vehicles, compare trims, and configure options, plus QR codes on display models for virtual tours. A staff of attendants is on hand to answer questions and shuttle cars to a valet lane for a test drive, while the buying process remains online with no-haggle pricing.
