Dutch Grand Prix - Revised Sprint Grid

Carlos Sainz and Fernando Alonso will start the first race after the Formula 1 break from the pit lane for the Dutch Grand Prix, following setup changes. Their Friday Sprint Shootout was disappointing: neither Spaniard advanced beyond SQ1. Alonso finished 22nd and last, 0.5 seconds behind Sergio Perez in 21st, while Sainz qualified 18th and narrowly missed progress. Both Aston Martin and Williams plan to gather data despite pit-lane starts. Aston Martin also confirmed a resolved AMR26 issue linked to Alonso’s use of straight-line mode, which the team says should better support Alonso and Lance Stroll amid a key weekend for an Aston Martin and Honda engine upgrade.
