ELEKTROS Inc. Focuses on Future Growth as Company Pursues New EV Charging Location and Infrastructure Expansion details steps the company is taking to broaden its U.S. EV charging business. On June 27, 2026, ELEKTROS Inc. said that after correspondence related to U.S. Patent No. 12,522,100 B1, it reviewed Jaguar Land Rover’s response and decided not to pursue the matter further. Management said this choice supports concentrating on strategic growth initiatives. The company is negotiating to secure a location for about 10 to 15 high-speed EV charging stations under the ELEKTROS brand. At the same time, it is in discussions with a major U.S. EV charging infrastructure installer about a potential installation project, contingent on completing definitive agreements. The company attributed the move to CEO Shlomo Bleier as a step toward executing its long-term vision. It also reiterated that negotiations and any proposed projects depend on final agreements and customary conditions.
