Kasey Kahne's Greatest NASCAR Career Highlights
Kasey Kahne is expected to return to racing next year after coming out of retirement, with a full-time ride at Spire Motorsports in the Craftsman Truck Series—soon to be the FedEx Freight Truck Series—starting in 2027. The news prompts a look back at standout moments from his nearly 15-year NASCAR Cup Series career. Kahne’s first Cup win came at Richmond in 2005, starting on pole and leading 242 of 400 laps to win the Chevy American Revolution 400 for Evernham Motorsports in his 46th start. He later won the 2012 Coca-Cola 600 with Hendrick Motorsports, leading 96 laps and finishing his season with a fourth-place points finish. Additional highlights include an Atlanta win in 2014 that locked him into the Chase, and the 2017 Brickyard 400, his final Cup victory, where he beat Brad Keselowski on an overtime restart.
