Kia's PV7 electric van stretches over 17 feet and seats 9
xCruzo Brief
Kia is expanding its electric van lineup with the PV7, a larger sibling to the PV5 that can carry nine people or large cargo loads. The PV7 will launch in 2027, following the PV5’s rapid momentum in Europe: a year after going on sale, it became the most popular small electric van, reaching 37% of electric C-segment van sales in the first half of 2026. Kia unveiled the PV7 in September at IAA Transportation in Hanover, Germany. Measuring 5,350 mm long with a 3,500 mm wheelbase, it comes with 71.5 kWh and 96.2 kWh NCM batteries, FWD initially, and charging from 10% to 80% in about 25 minutes on a 350 kW charger.
