New AEV Kit Has Everything to Turn a Ford Super Duty Into a Super Off-Roader for $20K

AEV has introduced the FX370, a turnkey upgrade kit designed to transform a Ford Super Duty into a more capable off-roader while keeping parts engineered to work with factory components. The system starts at $19,999 and centers on 37-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 tires mounted on 18-inch AEV wheels. AEV includes a tire-clearance kit, speedometer recalibration, and a new door-jamb sticker showing tire pressures and payload like factory fitting would. The kit also adds a four-inch suspension lift with AEV-tuned Bilstein dampers, plus a stamped-steel front bumper and high-clearance rear bumper with recovery points. A Tremor-based alternative may lower complexity, though Tremor rides on 35s, and AEV also offers a 40s setup.
