Italian MotoGP, Mugello - Warm-up Results

Bezzecchi, the pole qualifier, led Mugello warm-up but could only finish fourth in the Sprint. He topped the session by 0.051 seconds over Fermin Aldeguer, with reigning champion Marc Marquez third. After Raul Fernandez and Jorge Martin took the Sprint podium on the medium rear tyre, most of the field shifted to the medium rear for the warm-up. Bezzecchi carries a 12-point lead over Aprilia teammate Martin into the 23-lap Italian MotoGP decider at 2 p.m. local time. Also notable: Jorge Martin set a new all-time MotoGP top speed record of 368.6 km/h in final practice, while Marquez returns after surgery and Zarco and Alex Marquez sit out.
