Fiat's Sunny Road Strategy Brings New Crossovers EVs And Pickups
Fiat is launching an ambitious regrouping under The Sunny Road to 2030, planning 13 new models across regions as it shifts away from relying mainly on the 500 and Panda. In Europe, the Grizzly family will introduce compact crossovers in two body styles above the Grande Panda, aiming at affordable family choices competing with Dacia and Skoda; powertrain options include a 1.2L mild-hybrid and electric variants, leveraging Stellantis' Small Car architecture. The Sunny Road also emphasizes urban mobility with the Quattrolino quadricycle and a forthcoming urban EV concept that hints at a Panda successor. In South America, Fiat prioritizes localization and affordability with a refreshed Argo and three additional crossovers planned for the region.
