Performance Brokerage Services announced the sale of four dealerships from Dick Smith Automotive Group to Holler-Classic Automotive, covering three Dick Smith Nissan stores (St. Andrews, Lexington and Columbia) and Dick Smith INFINITI (Columbia, South Carolina). The announcement, dated Aug. 12, 2026 from Irvine, California, frames the transaction as a continuation of the brokerage firm’s high-volume dealership buy-sell work. Founded in 1961 by Richard “Dick” Smith Jr., the group grew into a family-owned multi-rooftop operation across South Carolina, with Brian Smith serving as president. Performance Brokerage says it advised on nearly 450 dealership sales in the past five years, naming George C. Chaconas, Weldon Mann and Jimmy Robinson as exclusive sell-side advisors for this deal.
