Performance Brokerage Services Advises on the Sale of Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC in Lawrence, Kansas, from Greg Maurer to Cable Dahmer Automotive Group

Performance Brokerage Services announced the sale of Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC in Lawrence, Kansas, transferring ownership from Greg Maurer to Cable Dahmer Automotive Group. The California-based dealership broker said Dale Willey Automotive began in 1970 as a Pontiac-Cadillac dealership and later added GMC in 1990, Buick in 1996 and Chevrolet in 2010. Maurer joined in 1998 and became sole owner in 2014. Performance Brokerage Services has advised on nearly 450 dealership sales over the past five years, with partners Paul Kechnie, Matt Willis and Jamie Farley serving as exclusive sell-side advisors. Cable Dahmer Automotive Group traces back to 1957 and now operates 10 dealerships across Missouri and Kansas under franchises including Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac and others.
