Regan Smith joins Kaulig Ram program for two NASCAR Truck races

Regan Smith will return to NASCAR in a Craftsman Truck after a long gap, driving the No. 25 RAM 1500 for Kaulig Racing. His first start will be at Bristol Motor Speedway on September 17, followed by Charlotte Motor Speedway on October 9. Smith, who is also a broadcaster, made the announcement during the New Hampshire Truck race and then realized he was included for Charlotte as well. He has 468 starts across NASCAR’s three national divisions, but none since the 2019 season. His resume includes six wins in the secondary ranks and a 2011 Southern 500 victory in the top series, though he has never won a Truck race.
