Trailer carrying Razor breaks loose, motorhome crashes into it on Highway 26 near Swan Valley

Two people were taken to a hospital after a trailer carrying a Razor detached from its pickup and was struck by a motorhome on U.S. Highway 26 near Swan Valley. Idaho State Police said the crash occurred around 11:15 a.m. on Monday. The driver, a 51-year-old man from Idaho Falls, was traveling west in a 2016 Ford F-350 towing a camp trailer and another trailer carrying the Razor. That trailer became detached and came to rest in the westbound lanes. A 79-year-old man from Crestview, Florida, driving east in a 2020 Winnebago motorhome towing a Jeep, hit the detached trailer. The driver and passenger were transported by ambulance; their conditions were not released. ISP said everyone wore seat belts, and the westbound lanes remain blocked while investigators work.
