From 'Un-Adulting' to Gothic hotels - 2027 travel trends revealed

Hyogo, Japan climbed 95%, while Punta del Este in Uruguay increased 65%, forming the top three in Expedia and Hotels.com’s “Unpack ’27: The Trends in Travel” report. Other fast-risers include Sedona, Arizona (+55%), Busan, South Korea (+50%), and Holbox, Mexico (+45%). The study also highlights trends like “Un-Adulting,” “Trip Snacking,” and “Gothic Getaways.”
