Heat 2': Stephen Graham Confirmed for Michael Mann's Sequel (EXCLUSIVE)

Stephen Graham has officially joined the cast of Michael Mann’s long-awaited sequel Heat 2, Variety reports. If other reported deals finalize, the Amazon MGM Studios film would include Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale, Adam Driver, Jason Clarke and Odessa Young alongside Graham. While roles aren’t confirmed, Graham is rumored to play a younger version of Neil McCauley, the master thief portrayed by Robert De Niro in the 1995 original. Bale is reported for LAPD detective Vincent Hanna, and DiCaprio is expected to play Val Kilmer’s character, as well as McCauley’s right-hand man Chris Shiherlis. Mann wrote the screenplay from his and Meg Gardiner’s novel, and Heat 2 is planned for a theatrical release.
