Noah Kahan's heartwarming Seattle concert turns tears to elation

Noah Kahan brought an emotional shift to Seattle’s T-Mobile Park, closing one of the summer’s biggest stadium tours with two sold-out nights. While the Seattle Mariners were on the road and were swept by the Blue Jays, Kahan kept the mood heavy with songs centered on mental health, strained relationships and rural life in Vermont. The set opened Sunday with “American Cars” and “Doors,” followed by jokes to the crowd, including a remark about wanting to “make you miserable.” Kahan mixed quieter acoustic cuts like “Downfall” and “Orbiter,” with crowd-pleasing anthems that turned darker material into singalong moments.
