Norman Reedus Locked & Loaded for New Apple TV Action Thriller as 'Walking Dead' Era Ends

Norman Reedus is set to star in Disavowed, a new Apple TV action thriller that arrives as his Walking Dead era closes. Reedus, known for playing Daryl Dixon across all 11 seasons, will join James Marsden in the series, according to Variety. Disavowed centers on CIA case officer Brad Griffin (Marsden), who is fired during a global hunt for an elusive assassin responsible for killing a colleague. The story then shifts as Griffin, disgraced and cut off from the intelligence world, pursues a $15 million federal bounty. Reedus’s role is not yet specified. Art Marcum and Matt Holloway created the concept, marking their first television venture. No release date is announced; Reedus’s Daryl Dixon returns for a final season in 2027.
