Phantom Creek Estates' Legacy Gala Raises CAD $250,000 for Youth Music Education and BC Wildfire Recovery

Phantom Creek Estates marked its tenth anniversary with The Phantom Creek Legacy Gala at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver, raising CAD $250,000 to support youth music education and British Columbia wildfire recovery. The September 20 event brought together leaders from government, business, education, philanthropy, arts, media and the broader community. Organizers said the total was achieved through corporate sponsorships, charitable auctions, special fundraising lots and guest contributions. After final financial reconciliation, net proceeds will be directed to the Vancouver Academy of Music for youth music education and to United Way British Columbia for wildfire relief and community recovery. A message from Prime Minister Mark Carney was presented during the evening.
