Richard Osman claims co-host Luke Littler will lose in reality TV darts show

Richard Osman says he expects Luke Littler to be the underdog in Netflix’s live reality darts show Beat Luke Littler, scheduled for Oct. 30. The Pointless star, who will join Gary Lineker as host, believes someone from the 20 “armchair arrow-flingers” could knock Littler out before he goes undefeated for a £501,000 prize. Osman, 55, will act as an expert analyst, breaking down numbers and real-time stats, and he cites the difficulty of winning “20 legs in a row.” He’s not alone: 16-time world champion Phil Taylor says the finalists’ standard is “incredible,” but Littler must play at world championship level. Auditions included a 501 checkout in 24 darts or fewer.
