Victoria Monét Announces New Album 'Frequency of Love,' Releases New Single 'Reach Out'
Victoria Monét announced her sophomore album “Frequency of Love,” set for release on October 2 via Lovett Music/RCA Records. Alongside the project reveal, the R&B artist dropped the new single “Reach Out,” produced by Kaytranada and D’Mile, and released a video directed by Dave Meyers with choreography by Sean Bankhead. Monét had already begun teasing this era earlier in the year with “Let Me,” which reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart in July. The album details remain limited, but producer Camper told Variety he would serve as executive producer. Monét is currently supporting Bruno Mars on the European and UK leg of “The Romantic Tour,” starting mid-June, with performances in Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Madrid, and Milan. Additional dates include July 24, 25, and 28 at London’s Wembley Stadium Connected by EE. She rose to mainstream prominence in 2023 with “Jaguar II,” leading to seven Grammy nominations and three wins at the 2024 ceremony.
