Brii Biosciences Provides Corporate Updates and Reports 2026 Interim Financial Results

Brii Biosciences reported corporate updates and 2026 interim financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, including new clinical readouts supporting its hepatitis B virus (HBV) functional cure strategy. The company said Phase 2 end-of-study data from the ENSURE study were presented at EASL Congress 2026, and topline end-of-treatment data from Phase 2b ENRICH and ENHANCE were announced on July 3. Across ENSURE, ENRICH and ENHANCE, results have consistently supported BRII-179 improving functional cure outcomes as part of a combination regimen, with further details expected in the second half of 2026. Brii also started clinical evaluation of BRII-5395, an mRNA therapeutic vaccine for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, after the first participant was dosed. Cash was about US$260 million at June 30, 2026.
