Eagles News: Zack Baun says Tanner McKee has "got some sort of Tom Brady career arc to him

Zack Baun compared backup quarterback Tanner McKee to a “Tom Brady career arc,” praising his height, quick decision-making, timing, confidence, and accuracy to receivers. The comments come as Philadelphia faces a quarterback shake-up after Jalen Hurts was ruled out for Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers due to a blood clot in his calf. With the Eagles’ offense already struggling through a season full of injuries, tight end Dallas Goedert said McKee has stepped in effectively when called upon. The team will now see whether McKee can seize this Week 6 start at Lincoln Financial Field while the rest of the roster adjusts.
