Family Fitness Day with The Mom Club, Gotham Gym and BODYWELLE

BODYWELLE, the physician-owned longevity and wellness practice led by Alonso Martin, MD, teamed up with The Mom Club and Gotham Gym for a family boxing event on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, in Miami Beach. The session ran from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at Gotham Gym Miami, 1827 Purdy Ave. Designed for children ages 3 to 7 with up to two adults, the trainer-led workout was followed by wellness services and activities from local partners. BODYWELLE offered mini facials and B12 shots, plus 15% off a first treatment. Families also received bagels, keepsake photos, gift bags, and Gotham Gym complimentary adult classes. The event was the sixth collaboration between the groups.
