In court in Los Angeles on Friday, text messages shown between singer D4vd (legal name David Burke) and Celeste Rivas Hernandez indicated she became pregnant at 13 and had an abortion more than a year before she was killed. Prosecutors say Burke began sexually abusing her when she was 13 and he was 18, then stabbed her to death after she threatened to expose their history. Her body was found in the trunk of a Tesla towed from Hollywood Hills in September. The car is registered to Burke, who pleaded not guilty to murder, child sexual abuse, and mutilation. Prosecutors also cited DNA evidence from alleged blood stains in a garage.
