Prologue Medicines Appoints Stephen Harrison, Ph.D., as Chief Scientific Officer

Prologue Medicines has appointed Stephen Harrison, Ph.D., as its Chief Scientific Officer, a move aimed at directing the company’s scientific and R&D strategy and advancing its DELVE™ platform and pipeline of viral protein-derived medicines. The Cambridge, Massachusetts-based biotechnology firm also added leadership to its board: Jason Silvers, M.D., J.D., president and CFO of Generate Biomedicines, and Adrian Rawcliffe, CEO-Partner at Flagship Pioneering and CEO of Etiome. Harrison brings more than 30 years of biopharma R&D leadership across the U.S. and U.K., including prior roles at Nucleome Therapeutics, Engine Biosciences, Relypsa and KAI Pharmaceuticals. The appointments were announced Oct. 13, 2026.
