American Airlines To Increase Its Admirals Club Membership Cost By Up To 65%

American Airlines will raise Admirals Club membership fees by as much as 65% starting August 23, 2026. The individual (non-status) rate increases from $850 to $1,400. Other AAdvantage tiers also jump: Gold goes from $825 to $1,350, Platinum from $800 to $1,300, Platinum Pro from $775 to $1,250, and Executive Platinum from $750 to $1,200. The current $50 or 5,000-mile renewal discount disappears on the same date, and household memberships end. American will keep its $79 or 7,900-mile one-day pass price unchanged, and it will add a new solo membership tier without guest access.
