Daisy Ridley Set to Lead Chilling New Road Trip Horror Film Get Rid of It

Daisy Ridley is set to star in Get Rid of It, a new horror road-trip thriller that blends suspense with a twisted family drama. Ridley will play Harper alongside Sosie Bacon as her sister Jessie and Simon Rex in a story directed by Ry Russo-Young. The plot follows Harper on a cross-country journey after she learns she is pregnant following a mysterious one-night encounter—only for the pregnancy to take a sinister, otherworldly turn. Filming is scheduled to begin in early 2027. Produced by David Lancaster, the project also follows Ridley’s recent work on Ti West’s holiday horror-thriller with Johnny Depp.
