Donald Trump Repeatedly Says Obama Will Be 'Testifying' at Kansas Rally

President Donald Trump repeatedly fumbled references to Barack Obama during a Monday midterm rally in Park City, Kansas, while attacking Obama over plans to campaign for Democratic Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed. Trump called Obama “a rotten president” and questioned whether Obama’s support would help El-Sayed, whom he labeled “an arrogant guy.” He added that Michigan voters would reject El-Sayed, saying “I don’t believe that Michigan values are going to allow this guy to get in.” Trump also touted Republican economic claims, including record income highs, more jobs than ever, lower poverty and ongoing auto manufacturing. The remarks came as GOP races tighten in traditionally Republican states.
