Fansville Field Trips 2026: The Big House

Fansville Field Trips returns for 2026 with a trip built around Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor, home of the 2023 national champion Wolverines. The narrative follows a friend group’s annual tradition of attending one major non–“Tech” college football game, documenting the travel, tailgating energy, and stadium experience. The account begins Thursday with a Michigan-themed playlist, then covers arrival at Detroit’s DTW, a pickup in a Kia Carnival, and dinner at Buddy’s for square pizza. It also includes stops for cocktails at Saksey’s and The Bastille. On Friday morning, Jack returns after an 18-mile run as the group wakes up, setting up the game-weekend pace.
