Trump's rally show rolls out the economic development plans
President Trump’s rallies across the U.S. are pairing campaign messaging with announcements of factories and economic initiatives in the states he visits. During a multi-state midterm push aimed at boosting Republican turnout, he highlighted projects at nearly every stop, framing them around the election-year focus on the economy and cost of living. In Park City, Kansas, he announced an $8 billion diesel fuel relief initiative, crediting GOP Sen. Roger Marshall. In Highland Heights, Kentucky, he said the Department of Defense would invest $100 million in Antheia’s pharmaceutical manufacturing plant if Republicans win. He also cited a Montana advanced defense test range, a $162 million FCC high-speed internet expansion in Alaska, and an executive order for tax-exempt red-dyed diesel through Dec. 31, 2026. In Mobile, Alabama, he said Fannie Mae will move corporate offices to Birmingham.
